2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date for Products that are:
- Unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
- Returned in resaleable condition
For Products that have been opened or partially used, we may offer a partial refund or exchange at our discretion. Each case is assessed individually. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at admin@traxylonppcraxex.world with your order number and reason for the refund request
- Include your full name and the email address used for the order
- If a return is required, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Pack the Product securely and ship it to the address we provide
- Keep proof of postage for your records
Refund requests received after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped).
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–14 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional days for the refund to appear in your account

5. Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
If the Product is defective, incorrect, or we made an error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your postage costs upon approval.
6. Exclusions
